Coach Charter - Book Your Coach

This charter defines the principles and best practices applicable to coaches using the Book Your Coach platform. It aims to ensure a quality experience for players and maintain a high level of trust within the platform.

1. Purpose of the Charter

Any coach using the platform agrees to respect the principles set out in this charter.

2. Coach Status

Coaches using the Book Your Coach platform operate independently. Each coach is solely responsible for the compliance of their activity with applicable legislation, the validity of their degrees and qualifications, their professional insurance, and the services they offer and deliver.

3. Accuracy of Information

Coaches agree to provide accurate, honest, and regularly updated information. This information includes their experience, qualifications, services offered, and rates. Any misleading or inaccurate information may result in profile suspension.

4. Profile Quality and Completeness

To ensure an optimal experience for players, coaches must maintain a complete and up-to-date profile. To be visible on the platform, a coach profile must include a profile photo, a coach bio, at least one coaching service with pricing, and availability set up. Book Your Coach reserves the right to limit the visibility of an incomplete profile, request profile modifications, or suspend the display of a profile that does not meet these criteria.

5. Service Quality

Coaches agree to provide services delivered with seriousness and professionalism. They particularly ensure they adapt their teaching to the player's level, respect safety rules related to sports practice, and foster a respectful learning environment.

6. Punctuality and Organization

Coaches agree to respect the scheduled times of booked sessions, notify players as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances, and keep their availability up to date on the platform.

7. Respect for Players

Coaches agree to behave respectfully towards players. Insulting or discriminatory remarks, harassment, and any aggressive or disrespectful behavior are notably prohibited.

8. Session Safety

Coaches are responsible for session supervision. They agree to ensure participant safety, adapt exercises to the player's level and abilities, and report any situation presenting a risk.

9. Reviews and Reputation

Players can leave a review after a session booked through the platform. Coaches agree to maintain a high level of quality in their services to preserve user trust.

10. Fair Platform Use

Coaches agree to use the Book Your Coach platform fairly and in compliance with the Terms of Service.

11. Non-Compliance with the Charter

Non-compliance with this charter may result in a warning, temporary account suspension, or coach account deletion. These measures may be taken to preserve service quality and user safety.

12. Charter Updates

Book Your Coach reserves the right to modify this charter to improve service quality and user experience. Coaches will be informed of any significant changes.
